2016年首都机场口岸蚊类监测结果分析

摘要 目的掌握首都机场口岸蚊类种群构成、密度、季节消长趋势,为口岸病媒生物防治提供科学依据。方法 2016年4-11月,采用二氧化碳(CO_2)诱蚊灯和帐诱法在首都机场口岸不同生境进行成蚊调查,采用诱卵器法对蚊卵进行监测。对捕获和孵化的成蚊和诱集蚊卵进行种类鉴定,检测乙脑病毒、西尼罗病毒和寨卡病毒。结果 CO_2诱蚊灯法共捕获成蚊6 998只,经鉴定隶属于1科2亚科3属5种,其中淡色库蚊占99.41%,是首都机场口岸的优势蚊种。平均蚊密度为32.40只/灯·h;不同生境成蚊密度和构成不同;帐诱法共捕获雌蚊20只,经鉴定隶属于1科1亚科2属2种,淡色库蚊占70.00%,白纹伊蚊占30.00%。乙脑病毒、西尼罗病毒和寨卡病毒检测均为阴性。结论首都机场口岸成蚊密度处于较高水平,不同生境蚊种构成和平均密度存在一定差异,应继续将淡色库蚊作为今后防控的重点。 Objective To understand the population distribution,density,seasonal dynamics of mosquitoes at Beijing Capital International Airport port,and to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of medical vectors at ports. Methods From April to November,2016,the adult mosquitoes in different habitats were monitored with carbon dioxide mosquito lamp and net trap. The mosquito eggs were monitored with mosquito-oviposition trap. The mosquitoes and eggs were morphology identified. Japanese encephalitis virus,West nile virus and Zika virus were detected by using Real-time RT-PCR. Results A total of 6 998 adult mosquitoes were captured by carbon dioxide mosquito lamp. 5 species were identified and belonged to 1 family,2 subfamilies,3 genera,and Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species with a proportion of 99.41%. The average density was 32.40/h per lamp. The density of mosquito was imparity in different habitats. A total of 20 female mosquitoes were captured by net trap and belonged to 1 family,1 subfamily 2 genera and 2 species. Culex pipiens pallens accounted for 70.00% and Aedes albopictus accounted for 30.00%. Japanese encephalitis virus,West nile virus and Zika virus detection was all negative. Conclusion The density of adult mosquitoes in Beijing Capital International Airport was at high level. There was difference in mosquitoes composition of different habitat distribution and average density. Culex pipiens pallens should be prevention focus.
