摘要
铁路客运车站商业是车站客运服务的重要组成部分和延伸,车站商业应在铁路资产经营开发中发挥引领和带头作用。通过对国内北京、上海和南昌三个铁路局车站商业开发总体情况的比较,运用SWOT研究方法对南昌西站商业开发进行分析,梳理存在的问题,并就如何进一步提升车站商业开发水平从规划引导、品牌运营,经营理念、市场营销,网络信息、经营模式等方面进行对策性思考。
By comparing the general status of railway station commercial development among Beijing, Shanghai and Nanchang Railway Bureau, this article uses SWOT method to analyze the commercial development of Nanchangxi Railway Station and finds out contemporary problems existed. To further promote the commercial development of railway station, the author provides several ideas such as organizational guidance, brand operation, business-running concept, marketing, online information and others.
