摘要
通过对高速铁路车站商业资源的系统分析,明确高速铁路车站商业资源内涵,提出对高速铁路车站站内资源、站外周边紧邻区域资源和城市关联产业资源3类资源进行全面开发。针对高速铁路车站3类资源的特点,提出站内资源委托铁路局按照统筹规划、整体开发、专业运作的原则进行开发;站外周边紧邻区域资源宜采用联合开发模式;城市关联产业资源以与高速铁路旅客运输相关联的行业为重点,采用兼并收购和合作战略等市场运作手段进行开发。
Through analyzing the commercial resource system of high-speed railway stations, this paper defines the commercial resource content of the stations, puts forward that high-speed railway inner-station resource, adjacent region resource surrounding outside station and city- relating industrial resource should be developed completely. Targeting with the characteristics of above 3 resources, the paper puts forward the strategies including： inside station resource could be developed entrusted to railway administration and followed with the principle of integrated planning, united developed and professional operation; the resource surrounding outside station could apply united development mode; city-relating industrial resource could attach importance to relative industries of high-speed railway passenger transportation, and could be developed by applying the marketing approaches of combination, acquiring and cooperation strategies.
