摘要
本试验以和田地区发现的农家种质资源(HS9、KTZ-1、KTZ-2、HM-1)为研究对象,以主栽的扎343、新丰为对照,对田间条件下核桃的光合特性进行研究,旨在为核桃品种选育等提供储备材料及科学理论依据。结果表明,KTZ-1净光合速率低于HS9而高于其他品种,但水分利用效率最低。KTZ-2净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度均为最低。综合比较发现,KTZ-2在6个品种中处于劣势地位。
In this experiment,taking HS9, KTZ-1, KTZ-2, HM-1 found in Hetian area as research objects, and taking Zha 343 and Xinfeng as the control, the photosynthetic characteristics of walnut under field conditions were studied, so as to provide material stock and scientific theoretical basis for the breeding of walnut varieties.The resuhs showed that the net photosynthesis rate of KTZ-1 was lower than that of HS9, and was higher than that of other varieties,but the water use efficiency was the lowest.The net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration of KTZ-2 were the lowest.General spearing, the characteristis of KTZ-2 was inferior to other varieties.
