水淹胁迫下空心莲子草的光合和荧光特征及其生理和生态响应 被引量:9

Characteristics of Photosynthesis and Fluorescence and Physiological and Ecological Response of Alternathera philoxeroides under Waterlogging Stress

摘要 为了筛选用于洪水淹没带和植物退化河岸带的生态恢复优先物种,选择乐安河典型河岸带优势物种空心莲子草(Alternathera philoxeroides)作为实验材料,通过模拟野外浸润、半淹和全淹下的环境条件,与对照处理(自然状态)相比,研究浸润、半淹和全淹处理下移植了14 d后的空心莲子草的光合和荧光变化特性、生理和生态适应性特征。结果表明,在浸润处理和半淹处理下,空心莲子草叶片的叶绿素含量和净光合速率变化不显著,但是,在全淹处理下,空心莲子草的最大量子产率、光化学猝灭系数、非光化学猝灭系数、总叶绿素含量、净光合速率和蒸腾速率都显著减小,与对照处理相比,分别减小了50.0%、57.1%、46.0%、68.9%、78.9%和92.6%;而有效量子产率和胞间CO2浓度都显著高于其它处理。随着水淹强度的加剧,空心莲子草叶片的过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性都显著增强,而过氧化氢酶活性波动变化且在全淹处理下其活性最弱。水淹胁迫抑制空心莲子草的生长主要表现在抑制茎的生长,且在全淹处理下空心莲子草的生物量和比茎重为对照处理的40.5%和57.3%。空心莲子草具有较强的耐淹性,可以作为洪水淹没后植物退化河岸带的生态恢复优势种。 In order to explore the priority species for ecological restoration exposed to flood inundation zones and plant degraded riparian zones, Alternathera philoxeroides, a typical riparian dominant plant of Le'an River in Poyang Lake area, was chosen to investigate characteristics of photosynthesis and fluorescence and physiological and ecological response of Alternathera philoxeroides under waterlogging stress through the experiment of simulating field waterlogging environment. After 14 days that Alternathera philoxeroides was transplanted in the tubs from the field, there were no significant changes of total chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of the leaves under the infiltration and semisubmergence treatments. The maximum quantum yield, quenching coefficient, nonphotochemical quenching, total chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate decreased by 50.0%, 57.1%, 46.0%, 68.9%,6, 78.9% and 92.6% respectively compared with those under natural condition. The effective quantum yield and intercellular CO2 concentration were significantly higher than those under other treatments. The activity of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase of the leaves significantly increased, while the activity of catalase fluctuated and its activity was the weakest under the stress of full submergence. The flooding stress is mainly manifested in the inhibition of shoot growth and biomass to inhibit the growth of plants; under the stress of full submergence, the biomass and the rate of stem weight ofAlternathera philoxeroides were as 40.5% and 57.3% of those in the control treatments. Alternathera philoxeroides has better submergence tolerance, which could be used as the priority species to repair riparian zones with degraded plants under waterlogging stress.
