摘要
民国时期,我国图书馆事业突飞猛进,编制和发布图书馆年度报告越来越受到政府和图书馆界的重视。在图书馆法令、规程中,民国政府明确规定了年度报告制度。中华图书馆协会号召各馆编制、印发年度报告,大力推动年度报告制度。图书馆学者也积极宣传编制年度报告的意义和方法。从现存图书馆史料可以看出,民国时期图书馆年度报告的基本特点主要有:卢沟桥事变前发展迅速;呈公开化趋势;坚持客观性原则;报告时间相对固定、体例各异。
During the period of the Republic of China, the librarianship had made great progress, and compiling and publishing the annual reports had been paid more and more attention by the government and the library community. The annual report regulation was clearly stipulated in the library laws and regula- tions. The Library Association of China called on that the libraries compiled and printed the annual reports and vigorously promoted the annual reporting regulation. At the same time, the scholars of library science also actively propagated the significance and methods of compiling annual reports. From the historical data regarding the existing libraries, it can be found that the basic characteristics of the annual report of the li- braries in the Republic of China are as following： it had a rapid development before the Lugou Bridge Inci- dent and featured the open trend, the principle of objectivity was adhered in the annual report, and the re- porting time was relatively fixed, while the styles were different.
