摘要
目的:调查老年艾滋病患者的中医体质分布情况,为艾滋病防治提供参考。方法:采用中医体质量表,对200例老年艾滋病患者(≥50岁)进行中医体质类型辨识,同时记录用药、病程等信息。结果:200例老年艾滋病患者中,平和质108例(54.0%),气虚质55例(27.5%),阳虚质17例(8.5%),湿热质8例(4.0%),阴虚质6例(3.0%),血瘀质3例(1.5%),气郁质3例(1.5%);3种主要体质类型各组的CD4+T淋巴细胞计数治疗前后均显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义;治疗前后西药组(65例)、中西药组(127例)和全部200例比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),中药组(8例)差异无统计学意义。结论:老年艾滋病中医体质以平和质、气虚质居多,与治疗后病情改善、疾病慢性化相关,中医体质类型对HAART治疗效果的影响不明显。
Objective：To investigate the distribution of constitution types of Chinese medicine（CM） in the elderly HIV/AIDS patients,and to provide a reference for AIDS prevention and treatment.Methods：A total of 200 elderly HIV/AIDS patients（≥50 years old） were enrolled in this study,and their constitution types of CM were typed using CM constitution questionnaire.Meanwhile,the medication and course of disease were recorded.Results：The number of mild type constitution of elderly HIV/AIDS patients was 108（54.0%） and the number of qi deficiency constitution was 55（27.5%）,yang deficiency constitution was 17（8.5%）,dampness-heat constitution was 8（4%）,yin deficiency constitution was 6（3%）,blood stasis constitution was 3（1.5%）,and qi stagnation constitution was 3（1.5%）.After treatment,these CD4＋T cell count of all types of CM constitution were increased with significant difference（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,and there was no difference among CD4＋T cell count of all types of CM constitution after treatment.Before and after treatment,there were differences of CD4＋T cell counts in HAART group（65 cases）,integrated Chinese and western medicine group（127 cases） and all the patients（200 cases）（P〈0.01）,but there was no difference in Chinese medicine group（8 cases）.Conclusion：The TCM constitutions of elderly with AIDS are mostly moderate quality and qi deficiency,which is related to the improvement of the condition and the chronicity of the disease after treatment.The effect of TCM constitution type on the therapeutic effect of HAART is not obvious.
