摘要
目的研究慢性湿疹采用氯雷他定联合大椎穴敷贴治疗的效果。方法将144例慢性湿疹患者分成对照组和治疗组,每组72例。对照组单纯采用氯雷他定进行治疗;治疗组采用氯雷他定联合大椎穴敷贴进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率,记录患者治疗前后各实验室指标变化、症状消失时间及治疗总时间。结果治疗组患者慢性湿疹治疗总有效率为90.3%明显高于对照组的73.6%(P<0.05);用药过程中出现的不良反应仅有3例,少于对照组的12例(P<0.05);在用药治疗前后胸腺活化调节趋化因子、免疫球蛋白、嗜酸性粒细胞计数相关指标水平上,治疗组的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);湿疹症状消失时间和治疗总时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性湿疹患者采用氯雷他定联合大椎穴敷贴进行治疗,能够在短时间内控制症状,减少不良反应,提高治疗效果。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of loratadine combined with Dazhui aeupoint external application on chronic eczema. Methods 144 patients with chronic eczema were divided into control group and treatment group, with 72 cases in each group. The control group was treated with loratadine alone, and the treatment group was treated with loratadine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Dazhui acupoint external application. The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The changes of laboratory indexes, dis- appearance time of symptoms and total treatment time were recorded. Results The total effective rate of chronic eczema （90.3%） in treatment group was obviously higher than 73.6% in control group（P〈0.05）. There were only 3 cases of ad- verse reactions in treatment group, fewer than 12 cases in control group（P〈0.05）. The disappearance time and the total time of treatment for eczema were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The impovement of thymic activation-regulated chemokine, immunoglobulin and eosinophil count before and after treatment was greater than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Loratadine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Dazhui acupoint external application used in chronic eczema patients can control the symptoms in a short time, reduce adverse reactions and im- prove the therapeutic effect.
