摘要
目的探讨T.spot TB联合结核抗体检测在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院于2016年5月~2017年5月期间收治的结核病患者89例(结核组),非结核呼吸系统患者74例(非结核组);另选择我院2016年5月~2017年5月期间健康体检者50例作为对照组。观察采用T.spot TB、结核抗体检测结核病的阳性率及联合检测灵敏度和特异度。结果 T.spot TB检测结核组阳性率高于非结核组和对照组,非结核组阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结核抗体检测结核组阳性率高于非结核组和对照组,非结核组阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);T.spot TB联合结核抗体检测结核组阳性率高于非结核组和对照组,非结核组阳性率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);T.spot TB联合结核抗体检测灵敏度和特异度高于T.spot TB、结核抗体。结论T.spot TB联合结核抗体检测在结核病诊断中具有重要价值,诊断阳性率较高,且联合诊断灵敏度和特异度较高。
Objective To investigate the value of T.spotTB combined with tuberculosis antibody in the diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods A total of 89 cases tuberculosis teated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2016 were selected as tuberculosis group; A total of 74 cases non tuberculous respiratory system teated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as non tuberculosis group; another 50 cases healthy persons in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as control group. The positive rate of tuberculosis and the sersaitivity and specificity of combined detection were detected by T.spotTB and TB antibody. Results the positive rate of T.spotTB detection of tuberculosis group was higher than non tuberculosis group and control group, non tuberculosis group was higher than control group(P〈0.05); tuberculosis antibody positive rate of tuberculosis group was higher than aoa tuherculosis group and control group, non tuberculosis group was higher than control group(P〈0.05); the rate of T,spotTB combined with Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody detection of tuberculosis group was higher than won tuberculosis group and control group, non tuberculosis group was higher than teontro! group(P〈0.05); T.spotTB combined with Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody detection sensitivity and specificity than T.spotTB and tuberculosis antibody. Conclusion T,spotTB combined with TB antibody detection is of great value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis, and the diagnostic rate is high, and the sensitivity and specificity of the combined diagnosis are higher.
