摘要
氟比洛芬酯含有双手性中心,市售为消旋体混合物,由四个组份构成。氟比洛芬酯是一种术后及癌症镇痛药物,通迆在神经外周围控制前列腺素的合成而収挥作用,优点是不会影响麻醉状态下患者的正常意识。其研究范畴仅限于临床应用,迄今为止未见氟比洛芬酯的四个单体结构及其活性成分研究的报道。氟比洛芬酯在AYH制备柱上的四个单体的拆分条件及柱参数、热力学参数的测定,对其在AYH柱竞争吸附等温线的测定具有重要的指导意义。
Flurbiprofen axetil is a mixture with two chiral centers,consisting of four components.Flurbiprofen axetil is an antalgic drug of cancer and post-operation through controlling the synthesis of prostaglandins outside the nerve,its advantage is that it doesn't affect the normal consciousness of the patient under anesthesia.The research scope of flurbiprofen axetil is limited to clinical application,individual functions of the four components have not been investigated and the active component has not been identified so far.Determination of separation conditions and column parameters and thermodynamic parameters of the four components on preparation column is of practical significance.
