摘要 微小RNAs(miRNAs,miR)是一类内源性、非编码的单链RNAs,在恶性肿瘤的演进过程中可发挥癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。研究结果表明,miRNA在消化系统肿瘤的发生、发展过程中均发挥着重要作用。目前,miR-135a在消化系统肿瘤发生、发展中的作用已引起广泛关注。研究结果证实,miR-135a可通过调控其靶基因的表达而影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭和转移等多个关键生物学过程。本文主要就miR-135a在消化系统肿瘤中的最新研究进展予以综述。 Digestive system neoplasms are the most common malignant tumors worldwide. MicroRNAs (miRNA, miR) are a kind of endogenous, non coding single - stranded RNA, which can play an oncogene or tumor suppressor gene function in the initiation and the progression of the malignant tumor. Studies have shown that miRNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of digestive system neoplasms. The role of miR - 135a in the tumorigenesis and development of digestive system neoplasm has aroused widespread concern. Studies have confirmed that miR - 135a can regulate the expression of its target genes to affect some key biological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and metastasis of digestive system neoplasms. In this paper, we mainly reviewed recent research progress of miR - 135 in digestive system neoplasms.
