摘要
以金花茶鲜叶为原料,通过超声波提取、大孔树脂富集、制备HPLC法对金花茶浸膏进行分离纯化,建立高纯度金花茶皂苷A对照品的制备方法。通过IR、ESI-MS、NMR等技术手段确认对照品结构,TLC和HPLC法检测对照品纯度。所得金花茶皂苷A的纯度大于99%,确定了制备色谱条件、纯度分析色谱条件以及考察了对照品的稳定性。该方法制得的金花茶皂苷A对照品符合化学对照品相关要求,可用于金花茶系列产品的质量控制。
Fresh leaves of Camellia Chrysantha(Hu) as raw material, the preparation of high purity Camellia euphlebia saponin A reference substance was established by ultrasonic extraction, macroporous resin enrichment and preparation of HPLC. The structure of the reference substance was confirmed by means of IR, ESI-MS, NMR, and the purity was detected. by TLC and HPLC. The purity of Camellia euphlebia saponin A reference substance was greater than 99%. The preparative chromatographic and purity analysis chromatographic conditionswere determined, and the stability of the reference substance was examined. Camellia euphlebia saponin A reference substance was prepared by the method meet the relevant requirements of chemical reference, could be used for quality control of Camellia Chrysantha(Hu) products.
