摘要 目的建立离子色谱-紫外检测器法测定水中六价铬的方法。方法使用硫酸铵与氨水的水溶液为流动相进行洗脱,方法中使用了大体积进样,紫外检测器直接检测,检测波长为350nm。结果该方法在0.005~1.000mg/L范围内保持良好的线性,检出限为0.000 3 mg/L,试剂样品加标回收率为98.0%~99.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为(n=6)3.6%~4.1%。结论该方法具有样品前处理简单、操作简便、灵敏度高、准确性好、检出限低等特点,适用于日常样品检测。 Objective To develop a method for determination of hexavalent chromium in water samples by ion-chromatography coupled with UV detection.Methods The ammonium sulfate and ammonia mixture was used as mobile phase,the big volume sample loop was applied in the method.The UV detector was used for direct analysis at 350 nm wavelength.ResultsThe results showed a good linear ship in the range of 0.005-1.000 mg/L.The limit of the detection was 0.000 3 mg/L.The recovery rate of spiked samples was in the range of 98.0%to 99.6%and the relative standard deviations were from 3.6%to4.1 %(n= 6).Conclusion The established method is suitable for the daily sample inspection due to its high sensitivity,good accuracy,low detection limit and simple sample pretreatment.
