摘要
战略性新兴产业在协同创新发展和演进过程中需要政府建构科学的公共政策体系对其激励和规范。公共政策对物联网战略性新兴产业具有导向、统筹、激励和监管作用。以江苏物联网产业发展的公共政策为例,在分析其特点与不足的基础上,从完善国家层面政策体系、增强区域政策的可操作性、增列产业发展的专门政策,以及强化物联网产业发展的监管政策等方面提出了建议。
In the process of collaborative innovation development and evolution of strategic emerging industries,it is necessary for the government to construct a scientific public policy system to stimulate and regulate it.Public policy has a guiding,co-ordination,incentive and supervision role in the strategic emerging industries of Internet of Things.Taking the public policy of Jiangsu＇s Internet of Things industry as an example,on the basis of analyzing its characteristics and shortcomings,from the aspects of perfecting the policy system at the national level,enhancing the operability of regional policies,adding special policies for industrial development,Industrial development of the regulatory policy and other aspects of the proposed recommendations.
