摘要
产业政策是产业发展的助推器和催化剂。充分发挥产业政策的作用,运用产业政策扶植和培育战略性新兴产业,在产业发展中协调好政府和市场的关系,对于优化资源配置、提高产业竞争力、促进战略性新兴产业协同发展具有重要意义。文章就促进产业协同发展的产业管理法规和政策、产业技术政策、产业结构政策、产业组织政策、产业布局政策等进行了研究,提出现行政策的不足和改进建议,以确保产业政策全方位落地实施,促进产业长远发展。
Industrial policy is the catalyst for industrial development. It＇s of importance to make full use of the role of industrial policies to foster strategic emerging industries, which also help the coordination of government and market relations in the industrial development, optimizing the allocation of resources, and improving the industrial competitiveness. The paper systematically study industrial policies which promote the development of strategic emerging industries, including industrial management regulations and policies, industrial technology policy, industrial structure policy, industrial organization policy, and industry layout policy. And then, put forward the shortcomings of the current policies and suggestions for improvement, in order to ensure the implementation of industry policy, and promote long-term development of the strategic emerging industries.
