摘要 镀铝钢因具有优良的性能已经在国民经济多种领域中得到广泛应用。为了提高镀铝层的耐腐蚀性能,本文重点研究了采取硫酸阳极氧化工艺获得铝的氧化膜工艺条件,考察了硫酸浓度对铝氧化膜形成及其耐蚀性能的影响,通过氧化膜SEM形貌观察,氧化膜XRD分析,极化曲线测量,电化学交流阻抗分析等氧化膜电化学腐蚀研究方法,确定了热浸镀铝层硫酸阳极氧化最佳工艺参数。 Aluminized steel has been widely used in many fields of national economy due to its excellent Corrosion resistance performance.In order to improve the corrosion resistance of aluminized layer Further,the sulfuric acid anodic oxidation process was studied to obtain aluminium oxide film on the surface of the aluminized layer.The influence of sulfuric acid concentration on the formation and corrosion resistance of aluminum oxide film was investigated by SEM,XRD,polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance analysis methods.The results determined the best sulfuric acid anodic oxidation process parameters.
