摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司新建了一套8 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置,计划加工高含硫外油。文章对该装置易腐蚀部位进行了分析,并结合中国石化集团公司选材导则和加工外油经验,重点对该常减压蒸馏装置冷换设备的选材进行了讨论,具有一定的参考和指导意义。
A grass-root 160,000 BPSD atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit has been constructed in SINOPEC Yanshan Petrochemical Company to process imported high-sulfur crude oil. The unit sections which are susceptible to corrosion are analyzed. The material selection of heat exchange equipment is discussed based upon the industry material selection guidelines and high-sulfur crude processing experience.
