电化学发光免疫法与酶联免疫法检测乙肝病毒标志物比较研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨电化学发光免疫法与酶联免疫法检测乙肝病毒标志物的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月~2017年5月在我院因疑似乙型病毒性肝炎而行乙肝病毒标志物检查的患者200例为研究对象,200例同时采用电化学发光免疫法和采用酶联免疫法进行HBsAg检测,比较两种方法的HBsAg阳性率。取不同浓度HBsAg定值参比血清,用阴性血清进行倍比稀释,同时用两种方法检测,比较两组最低检出浓度。结果电化学发光免疫法HBsAg阳性率显著高于ELISA方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同浓度HBsAg靶值电化学发光免疫法检测的最低浓度显著低于ELISA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电化学发光免疫法检测乙肝病毒标志物HBsAg比ELISA法阳性率高,最低检出浓度更低,提示灵敏度更高。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in detection of hepatitis B virus markers. Methods 200 patients of suspected hepatitis B with Hepatitis B virus markers test in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as subjects.200 cases were detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (HBsAg).The positive rates of HBsAg were compared between the two methods.Different concentrations of HBsAg reference serum were selected,serum dilution was performed with negative serum,and two methods were used to detect the minimum detectable concentration of the two groups. Results The positive rate of HBsAg by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was significantly higher than that by ELISA method,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The lowest concentration of HBsAg target with different concentrations of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was significantly lower than that of ELISA group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of hepatitis B virus marker HBsAg detected by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was higher than that by ELISA assay,the lowest detection concentration is lower,indicating higher sensitivity.
