摘要
目的分析并比较两种不同免疫方法检测乙型肝炎病毒感染血清学标志物的临床效果。方法方便选取在2016年3月—2017年5月期间在该院收治并确诊的乙型肝炎感染患者100例,对100例患者分别采取电化学发光法(ECLIA)和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)来检测感染血清标志物,并将两种免疫检验方法的临床效果进行分析对比。结果酶联免疫吸附法诊断准确率(75.0%)明显低于电化学发光法诊断准确率(98.0%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电化学发光法和酶联免疫吸附法分别对乙肝病毒感染血清进行检测,将结果进行比较,电化学光法的临床效果明显强于酶联免疫吸附法。
Objective This paper tries to analyze and compare the clinical effects of two different immunological methods on the detection of blood serological markers of hepatitis b virus. Methods 100 patients diagnosed with hepatitis b infection from March 2016 to May 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected and were respectively adopt electrochemical luminescence(ECLIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) to detect serum marker of infection, and the clinical effect of these two immunity test methods were compared and analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of ELISA was 75.0%, significantly lower than the diagnostic accuracy of ECLIA of 98.0%, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The serum hepatitis b virus(HBV) infection has been tested by electrochemical luminescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent method respectively, the clinical effect of the electrochemical method is better than the enzyme-linked immunosorbent method.
