摘要
基于中国纺织服装企业396名员工的调查问卷,实证探讨了高绩效人力资源实践、劳动关系氛围与员工绩效之间的关系。研究结论显示:高绩效人力资源实践显著正向影响劳动关系氛围,劳动关系氛围在高绩效人力资源实践影响员工绩效的关系中存在部分中介效应。研究证实高绩效人力资源实践通过改善企业劳动关系积极影响员工绩效。该研究结论也从企业内部人力资源管理的视角为和谐劳动关系构建提供了对策思路。
Based on the survey of 396 employees in textile and garment enterprises in China,the study analyzes the relationship between high-performance human resource practices,labor relations climate and employee performance. Results indicate that high-performance human resource practices have positive impacts on labor relations climate as well as employee performance,since labor relations climate plays a mediated role between high-performance human resource practices and employee performance. It is confirmed that high-performance human resource practices could impact employee performance effectively through improving labor relations climate. The conclusion of the study also provides countermeasures to construct harmonious labor relations from a perspective of internal human resources management.
