曲线拟合算法在光学自准直传感器设计中的应用

摘要 为了降低光电自准直传感器的测量误差,提高传感器的测量精度,文章从光电自准直传感器的基本原理出发,介绍了三种不同的曲线拟合算法,通过对光电自准直传感器样品进行测试,验证不同拟合算法对光电自准直的测量误差的影响,最后对影响光学自准直仪测量精度的因素进行了分析,文章对提高光学自准直传感器的测量精度具有指导意义。 In order to reduce the measurement error of photoelectric autocollimation sensor and improve the measuring accuracyof the sensor, this paper introduces three different curve fitting algorithms based on the basic principle of photoelectric autocollimationsensor. The effect of different fitting algorithms on the measurement error of photoelectric autocollimator is verified by testing thesample of photoelectric autocollimation sensor. Finally, the factors influencing the measurement accuracy of optical autocollimator areanalyzed. This paper is of guiding significance for improving the measuring accuracy of optical self-collimating sensor.
