摘要
增加自准直仪物镜焦距可提高仪器精度,但仪器长度也会随之增加。为实现激光自准直仪小型化,本文利用摄远物镜的实际长度小于焦距的结构特点,设计了焦距为450mm的激光自准直仪摄远物镜,像差分析表明系统传函接近衍射极限,点列图中光斑远小于艾里斑;光机结构设计后,系统包括激光光源在内的轴向尺寸仅为295mm,在满足激光自准直仪光学系统像质要求的条件下,有效减小了仪器系体积。
It can be concluded that the precision of autocollimator will be improved with the focal length increase of Lens Negatively;the dimension of the instrument will get larger too. A 450 mm telephoto lens is designed for getting a kind of compact autocollimator,it applied the feature that its shape size shorter than the focal length. Aberration analysis indicates that the MTF close to the diffraction limit,the spot in the spot diagram is much smaller than the Airy disk;the total length of the telephoto lens is only 295 mm by the design of the optical machine structure optimization.The autocollimator' dimension get compact obviously under the condition of the image quality is guaranteed.
