摘要
采用超声波法从姜黄中提取姜黄素类化合物,比较了浸渍提取法与超声波提取法的提取效果;并在单因素实验的基础上,利用Design-expert进行了响应面优化分析,得出姜黄素的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:超声波提取法比浸渍提取法的效率明显提高;提取温度、料液比和乙醇浓度三者对姜黄素提取率的影响较为显著,不同存储期的姜黄中姜黄素的含量相差显著。响应面优化结果显示,姜黄素的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度为48℃,料液比为1∶30 g/mL,乙醇浓度为75%,最佳提取率为2.716 mg/g。
Ultrasonic-assisted methodology was used to extract the curcumin from turmeric.Six factors were investigated and based on the results,the Response Surface Methodology(Design-expert) was used to optimize the process of the extraction of curcumin.The result showed that the ultrasonic method was superior to the impregnation extraction method.And the three factors which had significant effect on extraction rate were the concentration of ethanol,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature.The optimum extraction yield was obtained when the temperature,concentration of ethanol and solid-liquid ratio were 48℃,75%,1∶30 g/mL,and the maximum rate was 2.716 mg/g.
