摘要
目的分析早期康复训练对老年全髋关节置换术后康复效果及功能恢复的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2016年12月于本院就诊的76例行全髋关节置换术的老年患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将入选患者分为对照组和康复组,每组各38例。两组患者全髋关节置换术后均采取常规治疗,康复组患者在此基础上行早期康复训练。比较两组患者手术前后Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数、满意率及并发症发生情况。结果术后6周和术后12周,两组患者Harris髋关节评分和Barthel指数均显著高于术前(P<0.05);康复组患者上述指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。康复组患者满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年全髋关节置换术患者术后进行早期康复训练,有助于提高康复效果,加快患病关节功能恢复,防止并发症,患者对治疗效果更加满意。
ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of early rehabilitation training on rehabilitation and functional recovery of the elderly patients after total hip replacement. MethodFrom January 2016 to December 2016, 76 cases of patients after total hip replacement in our hospital were selected as the subjects, they were divided into control group and rehabilitation group according to the random number table method, 38 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with routine treatment after total hip replacement, and rehabilitation group patients were trained on the basis of early rehabilitation. The Harris hip joint score, Barthel index, satisfaction rate and complication of the two groups of patients were compared before and after operation. Result6 weeks and 12 weeks after operation, the Harris hip joint scores and Barthel indexes in the two groups were signi？cantly higher than before operation （P 〈 0.05）, the above indexes of patients in rehabilitation group were significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of rehabilitation group was significantly higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）, the incidence of complication was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionEarly rehabilitation training for elderly patients after total hip replacement is helpful to improve the rehabilitation effect, speed up the recovery of joint function and prevent complications, and patients are more satisfied with the treatment effect.
