摘要
目的:观察基于口令操的时序化多元化康复训练在全髋关节置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年1月—2019年4月接受髋关节置换术患者108例,单号病室入住者设为观察组,双号病室入住者设为对照组。对照组由责任护士以常规模式开展术后功能训练,观察组在此基础上加用基于口令操的时序化多元化康复训练护理模式干预,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果:观察组干预后功能训练依从性、髋关节功能评分与髋关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,住院时间与并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用基于口令操的时序化多元化康复训练护理模式对髋关节置换术患者进行干预,可显著提升该类髋关节置换术患者的术后康复功能训练依从性,推动康复进程,获得良好的功能恢复效果,降低并发症风险。
Objective:To observe the application effect of sequential multi-dimensional rehabilitation training based on password operation in patients after total hip arthroplasty.Methods:All 108 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as study samples.The single room was set as the test group,the double room was set as the control group,and the control group was used as the control group.Responsible nurses carried out postoperative functional training and education in the regular mode.On the basis of this,the experimental group added a sequential multi-disciplinary rehabilitation training model intervention based on password operation,and compared the observation indexes of the two groups after intervention.Results:In the experimental group,the functional training compliance rate,hip function score and hip function rate were significantly higher than those in the control group.The hospitalization time and complication rate were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of password-based sequential multi-rehabilitation training mode to intervene in hip replacement surgery can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation function training compliance of this type of hip replacement surgery,promote the rehabilitation process,and obtain good functional recovery.The effect is to reduce the risk of complications.
