摘要
随着我国经济建设的高速发展,天然气管道建设事业蓬勃发展日益增快,天然气是一种无色无味的清洁能源气体,同时天然气具有双面性,一旦发生天然气泄漏,会迅速扩散,引起火灾甚至爆炸,由于天然气长输管道线长面广,多远离城市,天然气长输管道在长期运行过程中很有可能会造成腐蚀、破损、泄露甚至爆炸等安全问题,天然气管道的安全生产,关系到人的性命和财产安全,建立并采取有效的应急处置方法会将财产损失降到最低,因此天然气长输管道的安全防范和应急应对处置受到社会各界的共同关注,文章从如何开展油气管道的安全生产工作及应急处置方面进行了阐述。
With the rapid development of economic construction in China, the construction of natural gas pipeline is booming. Natural gas is a colorless and tasteless clean energy gas, and it has dual characteristics. Once a natural gas leak occurs, it will spread rapidly, causing fire or even explosion. Because of the wide range of natural gas pipeline, and since it is far away from the city, its long distance transportation may cause corrosion, breakage, leakage and even explosion in the long run. The safety of gas pipeline is related to the safety of human life and property. The establishment and adoption of effective emergency disposal methods will reduce the loss of property to the minimum, so the safety prevention and emergency response of natural gas pipeline are concerned by all walks of life. Thus this paper expounds how to carry out safe production and emergency disposal of oil and gas pipelines.
