摘要
从分析石油与天然气企业应急管理体系的基本构成出发,提出适用于企业应急管理体系建设的指导原则和建设方法,并对体系建设过程中常见的问题及解决措施进行了探讨。
By beginning with the basic constitution of emergency management system for petroleum and natural gas enterprises, this paper discusses the common questions and solutions during system construction while putting forward guiding principles and construction methods for emergency management system construction applicable to the enterprise.
