摘要
分析了抽油杆扶正器的应用效果和存在的问题。根据抽油杆导向器和扶正器的结构特征,以油井全角变化率为依据,提出了"抽油杆+抽油杆扶正器+抽油杆导向器+抽油杆导向器+抽油杆扶正器+抽油杆"的杆柱组合方案,配套高密度聚乙烯内衬油管,防止油井杆管偏磨。在300余口斜井段大于500m的油井使用证明,油井检泵周期平均延长1.53倍。
The application effect of sucker rod centralizer and its defects were analyzed.According to the structural characteristics of sucker rod guide and centralizer,with wells angle change rate as the basis,the"rod combination of the sucker rod+the sucker rod centralizer+rod Guide+rod guide+sucker rod centralizer"is put forward.At the same time,high-density polyethylene lined tubing was used to prevent eccentric wear of rod string.The technology is applied to more than300 wells in the inclined shaft which is larger than 500 m.The average period of pump inspection in these oil wells is extended by 1.53 times.
