基于石墨烯FET的大肠杆菌快速检测技术

摘要 近年来,水质安全问题是当今我国面临的最为重要的环境问题之一,开发一种准确的检测技术尤为紧迫.基于细菌的电化学特性以及石墨烯FET工作原理提出了一种大肠杆菌快速检测技术,可检测水体中的大肠杆菌的浓度.该仪器体积小、操作简便,在1h内对水体中大肠细菌的检测范围能达到20cfu/mL-1.0×105cfu/mL,检测限为20cfu/mL,检测具有快速、灵敏、准确等特点.在独立实验中测量的数据显示误差率低于8.7%,这表明该仪器性能稳定,且质量可靠. In recent years,the water quality problem is one of the most important environmental problems in our country,so it is particularly necessary to develop a developed detection technology.In this paper,an accurate detection based on electrochemical characteristics of bacteria and graphene FET working principle is developed for rapid detection of bacteria in water system,which can detect the Escherichia coli concentration.The instrument is small in size and easy to operate.The detection range of Escherichia coli in water is 20 cfu/mL-1.0×105 cfu/mL within 1 hour,the detection limit is 20 cfu/mL,and the detection is rapid,sensitive and accurate.The measured data show that the error rate is less than 8.7%in the independent experiment,which indicates that the instrument is stable and reliable.
