摘要
二维过渡金属碳化物(MXene)类似石墨烯结构,具有良好的导电性、延展性、磁性、低温热电性和能量存储等诸多新颖的性能。总结近年来MXene结构和性能等方面的研究成果,分析了研究中的重点、难点问题,预测了其可能的应用领域和未来的发展方向。
Two-dimensional transition metal carbides(MXene)is a series of two-dimensional(2 D)carbides or nitrides crystal materials,with graphene-like structure.Their chemical formulas are Mn+1 XnTx,where M is an early transition metal,T is the other functional groups containing on surface,X is carbon or nitrogen and n=1,2,3.The study found that MXene have good electrical conductivity,ductility,magnetism,low temperature thermoelectricity,energy storage and many other novel performance.The latest experimental and theoretical achievements on MXene'structures and properties were summarized,and the existing problems,difficulties and emphasis was analyzed while the possible applications and research directions of MXene in the future was predicted.
