摘要
构建了食品物流环节监管指数体系,利用141家物流企业7 191个调查采样数据并借助网络层次分析——模糊综合评价模型,对食品物流环节的监管情况进行实证研究。实证研究表明,食品物流环节监管总体情况较好;国家对食品物流法律法规缺失;物流信息化和仓储技术方面存在不足,如物流可追溯管理系统建立、食品档案完整性等;仓储管理系统技术、摘取式电子标签拣货系统等的应用。
This paper established a regulatory index systemof food logistics which used 7 191 samplises and utilized analytic net-worl^ process and fuzzy comprehensive evaliuation model to conduct empirical research for regulation of food logis-tics. The empirical research showed that tJie overall sitiuation of food logistics regulation was good, the lack of nfood logistics, logistics informatization and storage technology still had several deficiencies,including ttraceability management system, integrity of the food file e tc .,the lacking application of Warehouse management system ( WMS) technolo-gy,electronic label picking system and others.
