摘要
目的研究并分析针对接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的糖尿病合并胆囊结石患者的有效护理方式。方法收集2013年5月—2017年7月糖尿病合并胆囊结石患者共73例,均行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,总结有效的护理方式。结果患者手术均顺利完成,术中血糖控制在(7.62±1.31)mmol/L,且术后血糖控制在(6.55±1.48)mmol/L。手术后2例患者发生低血糖,2例出现泌尿系统感染,1例出现切口愈合不良,在经过对症处理后均痊愈。结论针对糖尿病合并胆囊结石患者,在其接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术时应加强围术期护理,能够有效控制术中及术后的血糖波动,且术后并发症少,保障手术疗效。
Objective To research and analyze the effective nursing method of？laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery in patients with diabetes and cholecys tl i thiasis. Methods 73 cases of patients with diabetes and cholecystlithiasis were collected for laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery, and the effective nursing method was summarized. Results The surgery of all p atients was successfully finished, and the blood glucose control in operation and after operation was respectively （7.62±1.31）mmol/L and （6.55±1.48）mmol/L, after surgery, there were 2 cases with hypoglycemia, 2 cases with urinary system infection, and 1 case with adverse incision heal ing, and a ll patients were healed after the systematic treatment. Conclusion We should enhance the periopertive nursing at the time of cholecys tl i thiasis, which can effectively control the blood glucose fluctuation in operation and after operation and the postoperative complications are few, which c an ensure the curative effect.
