摘要
目的对糖尿病中药复方用药规律的相关内容进行研究和分析。方法对近20年以来的临床治疗糖尿病有良好疗效的中药复方进行研究和分析,对当中的用药规律进行总结。结果在该次选择的共50首复方当中,共涉及到了95种中药,当中主要以补气、补阴和清热活血类的药物为主,使用频率比较高。结论临床上中医对于糖尿病的治疗主要以益气补血、养阴清热和活血化瘀为主要原则进行治疗,因此药物使用上也主要以益气补血、养阴清热和活血化瘀药物为主。
Objective To research and analyze the medication regularity of Chinese herbal compound of diabetes. Methods The Chinese herbal compounds with good curative effect were researched and analyzed and the medication regularity was summarized. Results In the 50 pieces of compounds, 95 kinds of Chinese traditional medicines were involved, mostly the buqi, buyin and qingre huoxue drugs, and the use frequency was higher. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine treatment in clinic are mainly the yiqi buxue, yangyinqingre and huoxuehuayu drugs, therefore, the drug use should also take the yiqi buxue, yangyinqingre and huoxuehuayu drugs as mains.
