摘要
[目的]观察糖见宁治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。[方法]60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例,给予糖尿病常规治疗,根据血糖水平予降糖药和/或胰岛素;对照组30例,在对照组基础上加服中药汤剂糖见宁。[结果]两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖下降,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义;治疗后治疗组尿微量蛋白、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)均下降明显,与治疗前比较,差异有显著意义。[结论]糖见宁汤治疗糖尿病早期肾病安全有效。
[Objective] To observe the Tang jian ning treatment early diabetic nephropathy clinical curative effect.[Methods]60 cases were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in 30 cases,give diabetes education shall be routine therapy,healthy eating,exercise,diabetes treatment prescribed in low or medium strength.According to the blood glucose levels of oral glucose-lowering medications（metformin pieces） and/or insulin subcutaneous injection,In the control group,30 cases in western medicine treatment on the basis of TCM plus serve treatmentresult Tang jian ning.[Results]2 groups after treating FBG,P2hBG down,and before treatment compared group significance.The treatment group microalbuminuria,TC,TG were significantly,and fell down before treatment compared group meaning.[Conclusion]Tang jian ning decoction ＂in the treatment of diabetes early nephropathy is safe and effective.
