消化道癌的社区筛查及早期诊断的研究进展被引量：8

摘要近年来,胃癌、结直肠癌的发病率和病死率呈上升趋势。发病率分别居恶性肿瘤发病的第二位和第三位,已成为危害我国居民健康的重大疾病和需要迫切解决的公共卫生问题[1]。临床治疗表明早期胃癌患者的术后5年生存率〉90%,进展期胃癌患者根治术后5年生存率为20%~30%[2]。而萎缩性胃炎及肠上皮化生是重要的癌前病变,肠型胃癌常伴有萎缩性胃炎及肠上皮化生。
