摘要
在后双重管理时代,行业协会作为新的治理主体,日益成为社会治理体制转型中的重要力量。由数据可知,虽然行业协会数量不断攀升,但大多数行业协会苦于无法树立威信而挣扎在生存边缘。究其原因是行业协会职能定位不明确、职能内容不完善阻碍了职能作用的发挥,进而削弱了协会在行业当中的影响力。因此,为了帮助行业协会取得更好得的发展,本文以行业协会职能为中心,对国内外有关行业协会职能研究文献进行深度梳理和分析,总结归纳出当前职能研究方法的特点及不足,并提出未来进行行业协会职能研究时的几点改进建议,期望能帮助学者建立更加完善和切合行业协会职能受众诉求的职能内容,进而为行业协会的发展助力。
In the post-dual management e ra, industry associations, as new governance sub je c ts, are increasingly becoming an important force in the transformation of social governance swe can see th at although the number of industry associations continues to r is e , most industry associations suffer from the inability to establish prestige and struggle on the edge of survival. The reason is the functional orientation of industry associations is not clear ,and the content of function is also not perfect. These weaknesses hinder the exertion of functions and then weaken the influence of industry associations. Therefore, in order to help industry associations to develop b e t te r ,this article takes the function ofindustry associations as the c e n te r ,comprehensively sorts out and analyzes the research literatures on the function of industry associations at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the current functional research m eth ods, and puts forward some suggestions related to the function of industry associations in the future rese arch, in the hope of helping scholars to build more comprehensive functional content which will meets the needs of audience？ and then make contributions to the development of industry associations.
