英国高校“教学卓越”的评价标准及其运用——以诺丁汉大学为例

摘要 自2015年英国高等教育开启新一轮改革——实施“教学卓越框架”以来,诺丁汉大学为巩固其世界领先大学的地位,根据该框架的评价标准,从教学质量、学习环境和学生学习成果及收益三个方面推出了一系列的改革措施,包括设立同行观察学院、推行合作伙伴计划、扩充学习和研究资源以及重新规划就业服务项目等。这些举措促进了诺丁汉大学教师的卓越教学,提高了学生的学习与研究技能,并确保了学生收益的最大化。借鉴诺丁汉大学的成功经验,可以从设立独立的教学评估机构、优化学习环境、完善就业服务体系三个方面着力,进一步提升我国高校的教学质量。 Since the implementation of the new round of reform in the UK’s higher education sector in2015,the"Teaching Excellence Framework",and based on its evaluation criteria,the University of Nottingham has put forward a series of reform measures from the aspects of teaching quality,learning environment and student outcomes and learning gains for strengthening the world’s leading university status:set up Peer Observation College,implement partner programs,expand learning and research resources,and re-plan employment services.These initiatives have contributed to the excellence of teaching at the University of Nottingham,improved student learning and research skills and maximized student benefits.Drawing on the successful experience of the University of Nottingham,China can improve the quality of teaching in colleges and universities by setting up independent teaching evaluation institutions,optimizing the learning environment and perfecting the employment service system.
