摘要
为了提高高中英语骨干教师培训课程与课程需求之间的吻合度,研究对2015-2017三年间在保定学院参训的258位学员进行了问卷调查、个别访谈与日志查阅。依据统计数据,对培训课程的设置提出了三点建议和意见:第一,培训课程中的专家层次应以一线优秀教师、教研员为主,高校专家为辅。第二,培训课程的课型应以一线优秀教师的"示范课"、教研员的"课例分析与点评"为主,高校专家的理念、理论引领等以"讲座与对话"的形式为辅。第三,培训课程的内容应以提高教师的课堂教学能力的教学方法、教学策略、教学活动等为主,以提高教学研究能力、教学管理能力、师生及家校间的有效沟通能力为辅。
In order to meet the needs and requirements of senior middle school English teachers for training courses, 258 senior middle school teachers who attended the training from 2015 to 2017 participate in the questionnaires and individual interviews. The investigation includes four parts: trainees' satisfaction with training experts, trainees ’ hierarchical needs of training experts, trainees ’ requirements for the training curriculum types and trainees’ expectations for training contents. On the basis of the statistics, three suggestions are put forward in arranging the training courses. First, the majority of training experts should be front -line teachers and researchers and university professors should be the minority. Second, there is supposed to have more classes of front-line teachers ’ demonstration classes and front -line researchers ’ lesson analysis. Third, the contents of the course is expected to mainly include classes which focus on teaching ability, supplemented with classes which focus on research ability, class management, etc.
