摘要
以A公司为例,运用系统布置设计(SLP)方法,得到新的布局方案,再利用加权因素比较法进行方案的评价和选择,从而获得合理的布局,减少物料搬运成本,提高物流运转速率。
Take A company as an example,using the system layout design （ SLP） method, get the new warehouse layout scheme,then use the weighted factor comparison method for evaluation and selection, to obtain reasonable warehouse layout, reduce material handling costs, improve logistics operation rate.
