摘要
根据实际生产线多样的布局方式及其运作特点,基于Vega的装配型生产线三维仿真系统采用面向对象技术研究了生产线的布局以及生产线运作过程的动态三维仿真.基于Vega三维虚拟平台,系统实现了由二维图形数据动态布局三维生产线、生产线上产品加工路径的动态选择和产品间的动态碰撞检测等功能.本研究的三维仿真系统可为企业生产线布局及决策提供支持.
Because of the various layouts and operational characteristics of production line, a 3D simulation system of layout and operational process of production line is researched with object-oriented technology. 3D production line positioned by 2D graphics data, dynamic selection of products' processed path and dynamic collision detection among products make up of the system. The 3D simulation of this research can provide some help of the production line layout of enterprises.
