摘要
针对老挝230kV变电站线路保护、母线保护、断路器保护等系统保护的配置方案进行分析及总结,以供今后类似工程参考。本工程系统保护设备采用了通过老挝国家电力公司入网测试,并取得入网证书的中国国内厂家生产的设备,线路保护装置为主后一体化的保护装置,光纤电流差动保护集成了重合闸、失灵保护功能,短引线保护功能集成于双套线路保护装置中,简化了断路器保护装置功能配置。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the configuration schemes of transmission line protection, busbar protection, breaker protection etc.of the 230kV substation of LAOS, which can be used for reference for future similar projects. For the relay protection, the equipments made by Chinese domestic manufacturers which have obtained the network certificate through the network test of EDL are adopted. Equipment integrated with main protection and backup protection is used as the transmission line protection, and optical differential protection is integrated with reclosing and breaker failure protection, while protection of short-connect-line is integrated into the two sets of transmission line protection, thereby simplifying protection function configuration of breaker.
