摘要
阴虚燥热,痰瘀互结是2型糖尿病发病的基本病机,阴虚是糖尿病发生的根本,并且贯穿整个病程始终,而痰瘀是糖尿病迁延不愈及产生多种变症的病理产物。黄连降糖片为院内制剂,具有养阴清热、化瘀降浊之功,治疗阴虚燥热,痰瘀互结证2型糖尿病疗效确切。闫镛教授临床上全面分析患者病情,辨证准确,应用黄连降糖片治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切。
