摘要
为探讨饲料中添加屎肠球菌对鲤鱼的非特异性免疫酶活性和抗病力的影响,饲喂期间选取初始体质量为(28±0.3)g的健康鲤鱼,饲喂添加3种不同浓度(1×107、1×108、1×109CFU/g)屎肠球菌的颗粒饵作为试验饲料。结果显示,与对照组相比,各组血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力随时间增加持续上升,溶菌酶(LZM)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活力和Ig M质量浓度呈上升趋势,但无显著差异(P〉0.05);在首次免疫后第28天时添加量为1×108CFU/g组的AKP和POD活力最高,在第35天时添加量为1×108CFU/g的SOD和LZM活力最高,1×107CFU/g、1×109CFU/g相比1×108CFU/g活力有所降低,但均高于对照组。Ig M质量浓度显著高于PBS组(P〈0.05),第14天血清中Ig M水平达到最高。首次免疫后第42天以维氏气单胞菌TH0426攻毒,攻毒14 d后各组的累积死亡率差异显著(P〈0.05),与对照组相比,添加1×108CFU/g屎肠球菌的鲤鱼存活率最高为58%,添加1×107和1×109CFU/g的存活率分别为42%和38%。综上所述,饲料中添加屎肠球菌可有效增强鱼体非特异性免疫力,且具有较高的免疫保护效果,其中1×108CFU/g和1×109CFU/g效果较好。
To investigate the effects of the feed of Enterococcusfaecfum on non-specific immunity and disease resistance in carp,three different concentration of Kfaecium(1X 107CFU/g,1×108CFU/g, 1×109CFU/g) was divided into four groups(n=20),and the initial body weight of carp was 28 ×0.3 g. The results showed that the activity of SOD increased significantly,but the activities of LZM,POD,AKP and mass contentration of IgM were also increased but non significantly(P〉O. O5).The AKP and POD acti- vities(1 X 108CFU/g) were the highest 28 day post-lst-immunization(dpi).The LZM and SOD activities (1× 108CFU/g) were the highest 35 dpi,and those of 1 × 107CFU/g and ×109CFU/g were ]ower than that of 1× 108CFU/g,and all the experimental group were higher than the control group. The IgM content was sig- nificantly higher than that in serum PBS(P〈0. 05),and the highest level of serum IgM was found 14 dpi. On the 42nd day after feeding,fishes were challenged with Aeromonas veronii strain THO426,and there were significant differences in the cumulative mortality after 14 days. Compared with the control group,the immune protection rate of E. faeciumwith 1×108CFU/g was 58%,followed by 1×107CFU/g(42%) and 1×109 CFU/g(38%).Thus,adding l X IOSCFU/g and 1×109CFU/g of E. faecium to the basal diet could improve the non-specific immunity of carp and higher immune protection effects.
