摘要
针对当前增量配电市场放开的电力体制改革形势,剖析了国外电力企业投资运营方式的借鉴之处。总结国外配电企业的基本类型及其主要业务;分析国外典型配电企业的运营模式、配电网规划和投资决策方法;梳理出发达国家配电竞争环境下的配网投资决策核心关注点;分析得出我国电力企业在电力体制改革背景下,配电网运营方面的启示。
China has decided to open its incremental share of power distribution market in the power reform. In view of this condition, it is significant to look into the investment and operation models of foreign power enterprise. This paper firstly summarizes the basic types of distribution enterprises abroad as well as their main business, and analyzes the operation mode, distribution network planning and investment decision methods of the typical foreign distribution enterprise and sorts out the core concerns of distribution network investment decision- making under the competitive environment in developed countries. Finally based on the analysis, the paper gives useful enlightens for China＇ s power distribution enterprises in the context of the new power reform.
