摘要
介绍法国配电网的发展情况,从供电质量、指导理念、技术支撑发展现状和发展理念等方面对河北省南部地区配电网与法国配电网发展现状进行对比分析,结果表明双方电压层级、中压电压等级、低压电网水平三方面存在明显不同,结合我国国情和河北省南部地区配电网的发展现状,提出河北省南部地区配电网发展可以借鉴法国配电网发展理念的建议。
This paper extracts and analyzes French distribution network development concept,compares the development status of the power qulity,the guiding concept and the technical suportment between the distribution network in south Hebei Province and in French,the results shows that there are significant differences in the number of voltage levels,the medium-voltage level and the equipment status of low-voltage grid between the south Hebei distribution grid and the French distribution grid,proposes the methods and feasibility of referencing French distribution network development concept,considering out national conditions and the practice of distribution network in south Hebei Province.
