摘要
目的 研究固定矫正牙龈炎患者应用康复新液治疗的疗效.方法 选择2014年6月 -2016年2月我院收治的120例固定矫正过程中出现牙龈炎的患者,根据用药方式不同,采用随机单盲法分为试验组和对照组（各60例）.两组均予牙周洁治术清除结石、菌斑、软垢,并常规牙面抛光.试验组在此基础上采取康复新液进行治疗7 d,对照组不再加任何治疗,10 d后复诊.比较两组在治疗前和治疗后的龈沟液炎症介质（IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α）水平,以及牙周病指数（PLI、GI、PD）的变化.结果 治疗前两组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平及牙周病指数比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）.治疗后试验组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平和牙周病指数与对照组比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）.结论 固定正畸在常规牙周洁治术的基础上给予康复新液治疗,可明显降低龈沟液炎症介质水平和牙周病指数.
Objective To study efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in patients with fixed orthodontic gingivitis. Methods 120 patients with fixed orthodontic gingivitis in our hospital were selected from Jun. 2014 to Feb. 2016. They were divided into observation group and control group according to different methods of drug use with 60 patients in each group, Periodontal therapies including clearing away dental calculus, dental plaque, soft mucinous deposits and regular dental surface polishing were used in both groups. Kangfuxin liquid treatment was used in observation group for 7 days and no other treatment was used in control group. Subsequent visit was conducted after 10 days. Inflammatory mediator （IL -6, IL- 8 and TNF -tx）levels in gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal disease indexes （PLI, GI and PD ）were compared before and after 10 days treatment. Results There was no significant difference on IL -6, IL -8 and TNF - α levels and periodontal disease indexes before treatment between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were significant differences on IL - 6, IL - 8 and TNF - α levels and periodontal disease indexes after treatment between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid treatment on the basis of periodontal therapies can decrease inflammatory mediator levels in gingival crevicular fluid and periodontal disease indexes.
