食管超声引导下新生儿动脉导管支架置入术后护理探讨 被引量：1

摘要 [目的]总结动脉导管支架应用于新生儿肺动脉闭锁的术后护理经验。[方法]超声引导下经胸行动脉导管支架置入术,术后密切监测生命体征、尿量及末梢灌注情况,及时发现并处理并发症。[结果]经过专业的护理该患儿已顺利出院,待肺血管发育成熟后进行Ⅱ期外科手术治疗。[结论]对于无法一期根治的新生儿肺动脉闭锁,在食管超声引导下经胸行动脉导管支架置入术创伤小、风险低、增加肺血灌注,有助于肺血管及右心室发育,术后维持循环稳定,密切监测生命体征,特别是血氧饱和度监测,及时发现并处理并发症是术后护理的关键。
