摘要
[目的]调查口腔癌病人术后心理弹性水平,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表、简易应对方式问卷对141例口腔癌术后病人进行调查。[结果]口腔癌病人术后心理弹性总分为55.43分±6.27分,客观支持、积极应对、治疗方式、病理分期、是否复发、术后时间为口腔癌病人术后心理弹性的影响因素。[结论]医护人员应针对病人的具体情况采取个体化的干预措施,以提高其心理弹性水平。
Objective:To investigate the level of postoperative mental resilience in patients with oral cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 141 patients with oral cancer after operation were investigated by general situation questionnaire,mental resilience scale,social support rating scale and coping style questionnaire.Results:The total score of postoperative mental resilience was(55.43±6.27)for patients with oral cancer.Objective support,positive coping,treatment method,pathological stage,recurrence and postoperative time were its influencing factors(adjusted R2=0.701).Conclusions:The medical and nursing staff should take individualized interventions to improve the mental resilience of the patients.
