摘要
目的探讨社会实践对本科护生亲社会意识及共情能力的影响。方法使用亲社会行为问卷及大学生共情能力量表,对116名参加社会实践的护生进行调查。结果本科护生参加社会实践后亲社会行为各维度得分及总分和共情能力各维度得分均高于参加社会实践前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论社会实践是培养护生亲社会意识和共情能力的有效途径。
Objective To explore the effects of social practice on prosocial behaviors and empathy ability among undergraduate nursing students. Method A total of 116 nursing students were investigated with Prosocial Awareness Questionnaire and Empathy Scale for College Students before and after social practice. Results The total score and factor scores of prosocial behaviors and factors scores of empathy were significantly higher than before ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Social practice is beneficial to cultivate nursing students'prosocial awareness and empathy abilities.
