摘要
目的探讨预约挂号对患者候诊时间的影响。方法选取2017年1—7月于该院门诊就诊的患者862例作为研究对象,按照挂号方式分组,对照组(n=484)采用常规门诊大厅挂号方式,观察组(n=378)采用预约挂号方式,比较两组候诊时间。结果观察组妇产科、内科、外科、眼科、神经内科、耳鼻喉头颈外科、儿科、皮肤科、口腔科及中医科候诊时间均明显短于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组平均候诊时间为(25.8±6.8)min,明显短于对照组(67.4±12.7)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预约挂号可有效缩短患者就诊时间,提高患者就诊满意度,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of appointment and registration on the waiting time of patients. Methods 862 cases of patients diagnosed in clinic from January to July 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the registration method, including the control group with 484 cases and the observation group with 378 cases, respectively adopted the routine registration and appointment registration methods, and the waiting time was compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time in the department of gynecology and obstetrics, in the department of medicine, in the department of surgery, in the department of ophthalmology, in the department of neurology, in the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery, in the department of pediatrics, in the department of dermatology, in the department of stomatology and in the department of TCM in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious(P<0.05), and the average waiting time in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, [(25.8±6.8)min vs(67.4±12.7)min], and the difference was obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion The appointment and registration can effectively shorten the diagnosis tiem and improve the diagnosis satisfactory degree, and it is worth promotion.
